Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are designed to help you build strength, tone muscle and burn fat all while under the watchful eye of a professional coach and surrounded by a group of people who are working toward similar goals. Get the accountability and motivation you need, go through a expertly designed workout and have fun while doing it!
Our group fitness classes are 45 minutes long, blend strength, muscle building, cardio, stability and core exercises to ensure you get the absolute best workout possible. Stop by every Monday and Wednesday at 5:15pm for a workout that will leave you energized, refreshed and motivated toward your goals!
